Islands in Burbank

First and foremost, you changed your "ranch", I'm not saying it's bad, but I'm going to say it's different, and will let you decide if you (the reader) like it or not. Either way I got your loaded island fries because you have to when on an island! Yummy, even with the new ranch. This place is very kid friendly with crayons and menus for the little ones. The lunch menu is nice if you can make it during the timeframe. Otherwise it's classic standard burgers, sides, salads, fries, etc. Adult drinks can be ordered too. Looking for a night it with the kids, try this spot out.

Brought my grandma here when she flew in to visit and we both had a great time, we were talking about it all day after a great a experience. Our waitress was incredible, kind and caring and didn't fake it till she made it, she was genuine and I loved it. The food was incredible, the prices were great! The environment was comfortable and had a great vibe. I ended up buying a gift card because I knew I wanted to come back, and will come back. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

I love that Islanda has a huge parking structure right next door. There's always parking here. Went here on a Friday nights for happy house, which is from 3-630pm and sat at the bar. Although we did not take advantage of the happy hour deals it was still fun. We ordered the Big Wave burger, the Cheddar fries and Kilauea burger. We got the garden salad as our burger sides. Not long after our food came out all together. The cheddar fries were crispy yet soft from the melted cheese. Our burgers were fantastically cooked. I got mine medium well and it was exactly that. Very juicy and meaty. Loved it. Over all everything here is very hardy and fresh. Love it here!

Hamburgers are good with a wide variety they have a new taquito plate that was really good ask for extra guacamole sauce on the side

As busy as it was for a Sunday afternoon, we waited no more than 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress Jasmine had great customer service. Parking isn't too bad and walking distance from the restaurant. Family friendly!

Great food, super nice staff, always good ambience. They charge fair prices and the food quality is good. Kudos.

First night out in Burbank while visiting Universal Studios and found 'Islands' quite enjoyable. The dining crowd was watching the finale of the Cavs vs Warriors game so we had to wait a while for a table but worth it. The service was very attentive and the food not bad. There was an error made in one of the orders and the manager volunteered to take off the bill. Would visit again.

This place made me totally at home (florida)! The food was so freaking good and the drink specials were right on time! The service was great too! We felt totally taken care of! This will be my new favorite spot, for sure!

Not bad. I have not been to Islands for a while. Great sweet potato fries. Chicken tenders a little dry.

Love islands order anything on the menu and u would very satisfied, this place stands out because of the professional staff and atmosphere. I recommend the Toucan hamburger pineapple 🍍 with teriyaki sause on wheat plus endless fries very pleasing and u can't forget the cool breeze strawberry berry with banana smoothie.

Before yesterday I haven’t been to Islands in over twelve years. The food is okay, Although I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t order my burger medium rare. I have been cooking professionally for years so I know all the pros and cons for eating rare meat. I happen to enjoy bleu steaks and medium rare burgers. The service was great though but I am in no hurry to go back.

Me and my husband went here yesterday after seeing a movie. The burgers are sooo fresh... everything that goes on to the burger was fresh. I could literally taste the freshness. When I bit into my burger my taste buds did a back flip because it was just that darn good. The endless fries are good too! They are lightly salted...It was quiet when we were there maybe because it was around 1pm was still a little early. Our waiter was nice he kept checking to make sure everything was fine. We enjoyed ourselves!

It was completely dead on a Friday night. Our server was very sweet but she took forever to bring simple things to the table. Our food was great, however.

My first visit was recently taking my son for his birthday. The food was very good with fair prices. A nice, small selection of drafts. Restaurant had an A rating, was comfortable and clean. And the staff were efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Have always enjoyed Islands , now more than ever. Limited outdoor dine in & takeout options are available , and when I went for takeout recently they even provided me a complimentary drink. I appreciate small acts like that. They’ll have my business as long as they stay open.

I like this venue very much. there is a romantic air. The food is very tasty. the service is effective and the crew is friendly. The price is satisfactory. I highly recommend.

Lunch specials with tasty original burgers and bottom less fries! Full bar and hot or cold beverages available. The staff here is friendly and attentive. We were seated right away and our food arrived in less than ten minutes! The restaurant was very busy too!

Burgers were amazing and customer service was amazing too. Server brought food out fast and kept up on our drinks. Not once did I have to wave him over or anything. He was on point!

The food here it was pretty legit. I ended up coming here on a Friday night it wasn’t too packed… There are a lot of choices out here. Service was pretty good. Drinks were not too pricey. And I can see the parking was very easy. It was right next to the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing. I sat at the bar area, the happy hour menu is very good, with plenty of options. Even though the bar was pretty busy the young lady who attended me was attentive, quick with service and very nice. The food is always good and the drinks were good too, especially since they currently have a "our staff picks".

Food was great. Our server was polite, patient and helpful but the more mature male server wasn't very polite. Restroom was clean but needed service.

Islands is a chain restaurant I recall from at least the 1990s. I've been to a half dozen locations in my life and this Burbank location is a fine one. Spacious, no long wait times, lots of booths. The food has been consistent: great natural beef and impossible burgers. Little things like custom orders and extra sauces are happily honored by a smooth running fleet of friendly servers. Great for families.
